HOW TO BOOK ONLINE CEBU PACIFIC PROMO TICKETS
Before going online, be ready with the following:
- Passenger details: complete name (family name, first name, middle name), address, birthday, two (2) contact numbers and email address
- Your Credit card or debit card (if paying via these facilities)
- Planned travel dates (be sure your travel dates are within the promo period, otherwise you will not find sale tickets).
- Travel Itinerary or destinations
After the above items are prepared, you can now start your online booking.
Step # 1. Open your web browser and type the website of Cebu Pacific: www.cebupacificair.com.
- Tick the corresponding circle, whether you are booking for round trip, one-way ticket or multi-city. (In this presentation, one-way was being selected).
- Proceed to the “From” and Select City from the drop down menus, choose from which city you are starting your trip & click your selection
- Then move the cursor to the marked “To” and choose from the drop down menu your destination.
- Pick your travel dates (departure and return date if round trip ticket). Dates must be within the Cebu Pacific seat sale period or you cannot search for the promo seats.
- Mark how many passengers you will be booking: indicate the number of adults or children (example: tick 1 if you are booking for 1 person, click the + sign when you are booking for more).
- Click “FIND FLIGHTS”

Step # 2. Select the preferred time of your departure, tick the round image beside the selected fare.
The ticket price is shown on the right side as well as its composition.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Click Continue. A fresh page “Get Go” will appear.
Step # 3. Click Continue as Guest.
Step # 4. In the new page for the Contact Information, fill in your contact details.
From the choose your title (Mr., Miss, Ms.), type in your given name, family name. Select form the drop down menu your birthdate: month, day and year.

Step # 5. Select Add-Ons for your flight: Prepaid Baggage, Meals, Travel Insurance, Seat Selector, Add Sports Equipment and more.
In this section, you may buy prepaid checked baggage which is recommended especially if you will be bringing heavy or several pieces of luggage. Just click “edit” to avail prepaid baggage. Choose from the available baggage allowance and tick your selection. A corresponding amount will be added to your ticket price.
Click the “edit” portion of the other Add-Ons if you want to avail them. The amount for the availed Add-On will be added to your ticket.
After adding the added amenities for your flight, moved to the bottom of the page and click Continue.
Your booking summary will load.
Step 6. Check the Booking Summary: flight details and ticket amount.
Tick the circle beside the “I have reviewed my booking summary” if all the details are accurate. Affirm your booking by clicking Confirm and Continue on the bottom of the page.
The Pay for your Flight Page will come out
Step 7. Fill in the Contact Information Sheet
Fill out your complete name, mobile phone number, alternate contact number and email address. You need to completely fill the required details. Phone numbers and email address are needed for the airline to contact you on any concern regarding your flight or in sending the Ticket Itinerary for your booking.
Move your cursor down to How Would you Like to Pay
Step 8. Check the Payment Options:
You can choose to pay for your booked ticket by: a) Credit Card/Debit Card, b) PayPal, c) Payment Center, d) Alipay
Tick the mode of payment in paying your booked ticket.
Selected as booking payment method for this booking is via Payment Centers. The box beside Pay within 24 hours of booking was ticked. Thus, this ticket should be paid at accredited Cebu Pacific Payment Centers of your choosing before the 24 hours from booking lapsed.
Your booking will be cancelled if you failed to pay your booking on the allotted time for payment.
A new page will load with “YOUR BOOKING IS ON HOLD”.
Yes, your booking is still on hold because you have not paid your ticket yet. Copy the Booking Reference Number as you need this when paying your ticket at Payment Centers.
After paying at the Payment Center, your Booking Itinerary will be send to the email address you indicated in the Contact Information section.
