At present, UBE Express of Air 21, operates 6 buses transporting passengers to and from NAIA. Another 42 buses is expected to arrive and be operational within the month of August.
Launched last February 2016, the premium bus service is a project of Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) and the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).
