PAL Domestic Promo Fare Rules
- Quoted ticket prices are valid for ONE-WAY TRIP exclusive of government taxes, fees, ticketing service charge and surcharges.
- Government taxes cost between P87-464. Ticketing service charge is P250.
- Ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- This promo has no child discount. Infant without a seat is 10% of adult ticket rate.
- For tickets that will be reissued at least 4 hours prior to scheduled flight, upgrading to higher fare is allowed. Downgrading to lower ticket price is not permitted. Ticket re-issuance should be equal or higher fare amount.
- Fare is inclusive of 7 kilos hand-carried baggage and 10 kilos checked in baggage.

PAL International Promo Fare Rules
- Seats on sale are subject to availability.
- Fares are valid for weekday outbound travel for Honolulu, Los Angeles, San Francisco (Sunday to
- Thursday); Vancouver (Monday to Thursday); and all other sectors (Sunday to Wednesday). No-show fee
- is USD75.
- Ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Ticket cannot be rebooked on the same fare. Upgrading to the next higher fare is permitted subject to
- USD250 change fee for London, USA and Canada. USD100 for Guam and all other international and regional sectors.
- No child discount on this promo. Tickets for infant without seat is 20% of adult fare.
- Baggage Allowance – ticket covers 7 kilos hand-carried baggage. The free baggage allowance varies per route.
Both Philippine Airlines domestic and international promos are valid for sale in the Philippines only.
PAL promo ticket is refundable when application for visa is denied; subject to a fee. To process refund, passenger must show to any PAL office proof of application and denial. Flight booking must be cancelled upon passenger’s receipt of visa denial or 7 days prior to departure, whichever is earlier.
