Philippine Airlines Fare Rules

Domestic Flights

PAL domestic sale tickets are good for one-way trip but you can book for return flight. Fares are refundable but with refund fee of P1,500 per sector, inclusive of VAT. Change fee is P1,500 per sector (VAT inclusive) plus fare difference. Downgrading to lower amount not allowed.

Ticket rate of infants without seat is 10% of adult fare.

International Flights

Quoted PAL sale ticket prices cover the base fare, government taxes & fees and terminal fees. Fares are valid for roundtrip travel. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Child fare is 80% of adult ticket rate while infants without seat is 10% of adult fare.

For Economy Class tickets from the Philippines, minimum stay is 2 days; maximum is 14 days.

PAL Baggage Allowances

Domestic trips: Tickets cover free 7 kilos hand carry baggage and 10 kilos checked baggage

International flights: Fares include 7 kilos hand carry bag. Free checked baggage allowance for New York and Toronto is 2 pieces at 23 kilos each; 30 kilos baggage allowance for Macau and Guangzhou.
