Philippine Airlines Promo Fare Rules
- PAL promo tickets are LIMITED and subject to seat availability. Blackout dates/ seasonality applicable to promo fares
- Sale tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable; but can be rebooked subject to re-booking fees.
- PAL promo ticket includes 7 kilos hand carry baggage. Checked baggage allowance vary per route.
- No show fee: for London- USD125, for other routes- USD75
- Child’s ticket rate is 75% of adult fare while infants not occupying a seat is 10% of adult fare.

The PAL foreign destinations seat sale covers the months of June 2019 until March 2020; thus, you have many travel dates options. Fares is refundable but with charges when visa application is denied. Flight reservation must be cancelled 7 days prior to departure schedule or upon receipt of visa denial. A “No Show Fee” shall be collected unless PAL is notified of the flight cancellation 24 hours before departure date.

Yes the International Promo Fares are okay. However, the passengers also need to fly from Manila to Cebu, Davao, Cagayan or Dumaguete, for example. This is DOMESTIC PROMO. Did you all forget that we also need Domestic Seat Sale or 78th Anniversary Sale? We just can’t take International flights without flying to Manila first in order to catch that International Flight!
