Are you flying to your destination via Philippine Airlines? Are you aware of the baggage weight you can bring for free during your flight? Read info below on PAL free baggage allowance and prepaid baggage rates.
PAL regular and promo tickets cover free 7 kilos cabin baggage and free checked baggage for both domestic and international destinations. The Philippine Airlines Free Checked Baggage Allowance (FBA) depends on destination and fare family/brand.
When the luggage you will be bringing during your flight exceeds the free checked baggage allowance of PAL, it is advisable to purchase a Prepaid Baggage Allowance, so you can save on baggage fees. Pre-booked checked baggage is cheaper compared to purchasing it at the airport.
