The hiring is open to both male and female applicants who are 18 years of age and above. Also, single or married candidates may apply for the Flight Attendant position.
There is no age limit for applicants as long as qualified and can carry the work and duties of a Cabin Crew.
Venue and Date of PAL Cabin crew Hiring
The Cabin Crew hiring will take place in Cebu City on July 23, 2026 at 7 P.M. The venue is the University of the Visayas main campus in Colon St., Cebu City.
This is not a Walk-in Recruitment Event. Only invited applicants will be accommodated during the job hiring.

Philippine Airlines Cabin Crews Qualifications
- Height requirements: Female applicants should have a minimum height of 5 ft. 2 inches. Male applicants should be 5 ft. 6 inches tall. Both male and female must meet the required reach capability.
- Education: Must finished second year of university/ college education of any course
- Good English communication skills, speaking and written
- Neat in appearance, clear complexion and no visible tattoos
- Candidates should be open to relocating to Manila
Successful candidates will go through a standard pre-employment medical and background check to assess the applicant’s capability to serve passengers during the flight.
During the Assessment Day on July 23, 2026, aspiring Cabin Crews must wear a business attire.
