Philippine Airlines International Baggage Allowance
PAL sale seats are inclusive of 7 kilos hand carried baggage. Free checked baggage allowance is 30 kilos for Xiamen, Jinjiang, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou while 2 pieces at 23 kilos each are the checked baggage for Toronto, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Guam and Saipan .
The PAL promo fare tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Change fee is USD 100 for Xiamen, Jinjiang, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Guam and Saipan. Change fee is USD 200 for Vancouver and Toronto.
Child fare is 75% of adult fare while infants fare is 10% of adult ticket rate.
