The Manila International Airport, also known as Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) is a hub of international and domestic travel. Present NAIA is composed of 4 airport terminals: Terminal 1, Terminal 2 also known as Centennial Terminal, Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 (old Domestic Terminal).

- NAIA AIRPORT SHUTTLE and TRANSPORT SERVICES
The shuttle service is available for passengers with connecting flights to other terminals, free of charge. Parking area of airport shuttle service is at NAIA Terminal 3, at the left end of Main Arrival Curbside. From there, it picks up passengers going to Terminal 1, 2, and 4 operating on a 24/7 schedule.
Also, airline companies like Cebu Pacific and PAL have shuttle buses to transfer their guests to the other NAIA terminals.
- NAIA COUPON TAXIS
Coupon taxis operate on a flat rate basis. The fare depends on the passenger drop off point and is determined at transaction or reservation time. A list of coupon taxi operator with their contact information is available at NAIA terminal 3 if you want to hire one.
- NAIA AIRPORT METERED TAXIS
Metered taxis are available to bring passengers to their desired destinations. An initial flag down rate starts upon hiring the taxi. Fare is shown by a calibrated meter and fare is determined based on distance covered from your start off point as well as time spent on stopped in traffic while in transit.
- CAR RENTALS
Travelers who need a car rental service may approach the car rental desks present at NAIA Terminal 1, 2 & 3. Car rental rates are available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, either self-drive or chauffeur- drive.
Generally, when renting a car, companies dealing in car rental require a valid Driver’s license and a photocopy of the license. In case the license is not in English, its’ English translation should be obtained from the embassy of the country where the driver’s license is issued.
- VICTORY LINER AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS
The Victory airport shuttle bus takes passengers from Pasay terminal to NAIA Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 (Old Domestic Terminal). The Victory Liner HM bus waits at the arrival area of NAIA Terminal 3 (bay 7 and 8). In other terminals, the airport shuttle bus just picks up or drop off passengers and stay in the area for few minutes before heading back to Victory Liner Bus Terminal in Pasay. Victory Liner shuttle bus fare is P20.00 from NAIA to Pasay or vice versa.
- NAIA UBE EXPRESS PREMIUM BUS SERVICE
This was launched last month (February 2016) under the brand name UBE Express. Initially, the service start with 6 buses, but AIR 21 which operates the premium bus service aims to have 42 buses operational by June 2016. The buses are going in 2 routes 1) going to Roxas Boulevard, 2) going to Makati Central Business District. The premium bus service fare is a flat rate of P300.00.
