President Rodrigo Duterte just recently signed Proclamation 845 declaring the List of regular holidays and special non-working days for 2020. The list is for national holidays only; local holidays are observed in a certain place (city, town or province) commemorating charter, founding anniversaries and other special events
The dates of Islamic Holidays of Eid’l Ftr and Eid’l Adha for 2020 were not included in the proclamation. These holidays are determined based on the lunar calendar. Thus, the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos shall inform the Office of the President of the actual dates on which these holidays will be observed.
From the President’s proclamation, it showed that the 2020 LIST of NATIONAL HOLIDAYS consists of 10 Regular holidays, 7 Special Non-Working Holidays plus additional 2 Special Non-Working Days.
