Clark Recruitment Event
Date of recruitment event: August 16, 2025 (Saturday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Venue: SMX Clark Function Room 1 and 2.
Cebu Recruitment Event
Date of recruitment event: September 6, 2025 (Saturday) at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Venue: SMX Skyhall, 3/F SM Seaside City, Cebu
Basic Requirements for Cebu Pacific Cabin Crews
Listed below are Cebu Pacific basic requirements for Cabin Crew applicants
- Candidates must have successfully completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
- Must meet the minimum height requirement of 5’3 for females, and 5’7 for males; and a reach test of 210 cm.
- Open to Filipino nationals based in the Philippines only.
- Must be proficient in Filipino and English language.
- Must be physically and mentally prepared to undergo rigorous training and effectively fulfill the roles and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew.
- Preferably has previous experience as a Cabin Crew, particularly A320/321/330 qualified.
- Candidates without prior experience as a Cabin Crew may also apply.
- Must meet the minimum height requirement of 5’3 for females, and 5’7 for males; and a reach test of 210 cm.
- Must have a customer-centric mindset and critical thinking skills.
- Must possess confidence and creativity in problem solving.
- Willing to be based outside of Manila, if necessary.
Important Reminders for Cebu Pacific Recruitment Events
Applicants need to bring a copy of his/ her updated resume with an attached recent photo during the recruitment event.
Also, candidates are strictly required to adhere to the recruitment event dress code as follows:
*** Male applicants are required to wear pants/trousers, and a short-sleeved polo.
***Female applicants are required to wear a knee-length skirt paired with a short-sleeved top or blouse. Hair must be neatly tied in a bun, complemented by appropriate make-up.
Blazers, coats, or jackets are optional for both male and female applicants.
Cebu Pacific reserves the right to select applicants for Cebu Pacific and Cebgo and deploy successful hires to bases that may be outside of Metro Manila.
