If your intended destination is not mentioned in the Cebu Pacific seat sale, it is best to do trial booking online to check on other Cebu Pacific low fares. For example, the Manila to Cebu flight is not included in the present promo, yet when I did online booking, the Manila to Cebu promo ticket is only P1,250.56 which covers the base fare, web admin fee, taxes and fees and domestic terminal fee.
