The grand recruitment event for Flight Stewards and Flight Stewardess will be held in Clark, Pampanga on September 29, 2024 (Sunday) from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. The venue will be SMX Convention Center, Clark.

Cabin Crew Qualifications of Cebu Pacific

- Open to Filipino nationals based in the Philippines only
- Must have finished at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
- Preferably has previous experience as a Cabin Crew, particularly A320/321/330 qualified.
- Applicants without prior experience as a Cabin Crew may also apply.
- Must meet the minimum Cabin Crew height requirement of 5’3 for females, and 5’7 for males; and a reach test of 210 cm.
- Need to be physically fit to undergo the training and perform the roles and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew.
- Must be proficient in Filipino and English language.
- Must have a customer-centric mindset.
- Need to possess confidence and creativity in problem solving.
- Willing to be based outside of Manila, if necessary.
Cebu Pacific Cabin Crew Interview Attire
Just like any job interview, Cabin Crew applicants must also wear the proper attire during the assessment. When you present your self for assessment you should present yourself appropriately according to the company standards.
Male applicants must wear pants/ trousers, and a short- sleeved polo. Candidates are not required to wear blazers, coats, or jackets .
For female applicants, come to the assessment wearing a short-sleeved inner top, a blazer or jacket, and a knee-length skirt. Your hair must be tied in a bun with suitable make-up.
During the recruitment process, applicants are not required payment. Also submission of physical application documents is likewise not needed.
