Cebu Pacific and subsidiary Cebgo announce cancellation of flights for May 1-10, 2019.

Flight schedule cancellation of Cebu Pacific involves 58 round-trip flights until May 10, 2019. Affected flights are mostly from Manila and Cebu.
According to Cebu Pacific, the cancellation is part of their endeavor to improve the airline performance and lessen inconvenience to their guests.

Cebu Pacific disclosed that the company shall pursue all ways to reach out to all passengers on any change in flight schedule. Guests shall be notified on flight changes thru email addresses and mobile/phone numbers indicated during ticket booking.
Passengers with cancelled flights may manage their booking thru Cebu Pacific website: www.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve.
As per Cebu Pacific, the cancellation is done for operational recovery and give passengers the chance to make alternate travel plans.
Passengers Options on Cancelled Flights
- Rebook flights for travel within 30 days from original departure date, free of charge
- Reroute to / from alternate airports for travel within 30 days, subject to availability of seats
- Place the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund
- Get a full refund
Added to the above, passengers with cancelled flights will receive one round-trip travel voucher which can be used for future flights.
