Malacanang Palace announced today, July, 19, 2017 that Proclamation No. 269 was signed by President Duterte declaring the Philippine Pubic Holidays for 2018 last July 17, 2017.

For 2018, the LIST of NATIONAL HOLIDAYS consists of 10 Regular, 6 Special Non-Working Holidays plus additional 2 Special Non-Working Days.
The list did not include the Islamic Holidays of Eid’l Ftr and Eid’l Adha which shall be issued as soon as the definite date of these holidays will be determined according to Islamic Lunar Calendar or Hijri.
Eid’l Ftr Update: Last June 6, 2018, President Rodrigo Duterte issued Proclamation No. 514 series of 2018 declaring June 15, 2018 as a regular holiday throughout the Philippines to mark the end of Ramadan.
Due to this holiday announcement, there will be another long weekend from June 15, 2018 (Friday) to June 17, 2018 (Sunday).
Eid’l Adha Holiday: This holiday is tentatively set on August 22, 2018. However, we shall wait for the official announcement from the Office of the President.
Aside from these nationwide holidays, there are local holidays observed by a locality such as city or provincial founding anniversaries.
