Air Asia Cabin Crew Qualifications and Requirements
- Male or female, between 20-28 years old
- With clear complexion and good set of teeth
- Weight proportional to height
- Height requirement for ladies- minimum of 160cm; maximum of 170cm on barefoot
- Height requirement for men- minimum of 170cm; maximum of 180cm (barefoot)
- College graduate or at least completed 2nd year college
- Fluency in English and Filipino
Requirements to be brought during the walk-in interview
- Valid passport (original and photocopy)
- Updated resume or curriculum vitae
- Barangay, Police Clearance and NBI (original and photocopy)
- 1 piece Passport size recent colored photo
- 1 piece Postcard size recent colored photo
- School credentials: diploma/certificate, Transcript of Records, copy of grades (original and photocopy)
What to Wear for the Interview
Ladies: Wear business attire with knee-length skirt and full make-up.
Men: Come in corporate attire
